We welcome you to join us on this 5-day immersive learning journey, if you yearn for time out to deeply connect with yourself, with each other and nature.
During this retreat we will explore how developing kinship with ourselves, each other and all forms of life has the potential to transform the root causes of the polycrises ; weaving ourselves as humanity back into the web of life. This radical paradigm shift requires decolonizing our mind, a deeper listening from a more humbled place within how to become a human being for all life to thrive. We hope both new and old members will join for this transformative journey!
At this retreat we will:
- Take time out for silence, walks outside in nature, and periods of deep reflection.
- Connect with others in community; making space for collective radical inquiry, deep listening and mutual support.
- Co-create spaces for regeneration, reciprocity and reverence with the Earth.
This retreat is for you if:
- You yearn for time out to deeply connect with yourself and nature.
- You’d like to learn (more) about inner practices, social action and the connections between.
- You enjoy discovering new ways to connect and share with like-minded people.
This retreat will be with:
- Facilitators: Annick Nevejan and Flo Scialom of Spiritual Ecology Netherlands (see details in About Us) and Sicelo Mbatha, a spiritual nature guide from South-Africa with us as a guest facilitator.
- Guest teachers: Lama Rinchen (Abbot of Samye Ling) and Gregory Henry (Permaculture Garden at the retreat Centre)
This retreat will draw on practices from The Work that Reconnects from Joanna Macy alongside various Buddhist traditions, integrating science, systems thinking and nature connection. However you do not need to have any previous experience, beliefs or practices to come. All are welcome; we’d love for you to join us!
